They may be counting in Milliseconds, so 5000 = 5 Seconds. If you ever write a macro, that's how you count when inserting intervals/pausesQuote:
ok disease is stunning, but i can only stun the second time after 5000S? :/ (1h is 3600 sec wtf) => interval 5000 s.
and i'm not sure about cower, cause i saw someone do that on a mob and the mob was still runing after the char (tested few times)
