who has a complete tutorial how to edit and how to use the GM command perfect world, I distress to edit the NPC, levels, and how it could be level 150. please is aid and guidance so that I could make a perfect game perfect world ..... ASAP !!!!!! :)

What exactly are you requesting here? If you want to "hack" official game, then forget it, its not possible, at least not with the GM console :)

If you wish infos on pServers and their development, then search around a bit - everyone can create a simple server nowadays, its not like it was when 1.2.8 server leaked from brazil and no one had a flying clue how to do it. Its well researched now.
