Need translator

Aus Sicherheitsgründen werden sämtliche Kontodokumente elektronisch archiviert und die Daten aktualisiert. Auf nachträglich angeforderten Kontodokumenten können Abweichungen zum Originaldokument bestehen. Dies kann die Adress- und Kontodaten, nie aber die Betragsdaten betreffen.

Can anyone translate that in English with proper grammar if possible?

For security purposes all Accountdocuments will be archived elecronically and the data will be updated. Additional requested Accountdocuments may have differences to the originial documents. This affects adress and accountdata but never the amountdata.

Hopefully you can understand this crap in the context, i guess this is from a EULA or sth like that.

Today I got a class test back.. I wrote:

"... he might not want to have a business with studying or college." My teacher marked it as wrong.. I heard this once, so I wanna know whether this is really wrong or my teachers wrong.

"To have a buisness with sth." is not a common saying. I could be wrong, tho.
