Is there a way for me to make a server which is offline for other players but online for me
I mean a server ONLY for me without installing the server files

yes... use ur local host ip for that 127.0.0.1

Do you have a local server, that you can reach from a LAN IP address?

Quite simple if your running the server on the same computer you plan on playing on then just change all the IP's to 127.0.0.1

If you have a dedicated machine and only wish for you to connect then just change the login port to something random (ie 30293).

Do you have server on other machine?
