i dont know how they check multiclient
but if i want to check multiclient, it is super easy
Method 1. do a process search, see how many Conquer.exe is opened (even u rename the 3rd client that u open, process does not lie...)
Method 2. hashes check play.exe, something similar to md5. even u change a single byte, the results will be different.
Method 3. IP check, thats definate. they have that since the beginning, because u are sending datas to server
Method 4. Unique ID when u login. example, every computer has a different ID (like computer name, user name, Comspec, OSversion). btw if u use same name in a network router, XP will show a error message that say u are duplicate. anyhow, i can create a unique ID by using those info, and when u login, possible that u are sending "EvanComputer - EvanUser - XPwin - EVANXXXMlogin - 123567890pw"
more likely they are doing harsh check (is that the reason why it takes forever to load CO!?)
i wont be surprise that CO knows who / who not using more than 2 clients
but are they willing to spend time to kick kick kick people
if u really want to argue, dont say u are in a netcafe or something easy to check like that
