Here I am 4 hours later, no response, still waiting...

wow 4 hour later.. i could imagine that if you would be #13723
..but #22???

pft i tried the same live chat .. forget it when u aren't #1-5 u can forget it, i'll w8 4ever ... i tried it and forgot to close window... i came back home after over 12hours... and was still on waiting list. lol.

Ok update,
I decided to go to bed
right now it is 6:30 am, i tried live support around 6pm yesterday
still waiting... but now im #5

how u know that ur position changed? u always reconnected to the live chat? .. normally it just tells u the position when u start the chat.. after that u should only get a msg that all operaters are busy or something.

yea after i was in live support being number 23, after 17 hours i refreshed because i wasnt getting anywhere.
I then saw i was #5
