Problem with iBot

Hello i have a problem with ibot, when i try to connect my account (i have a license) that done that :

I already try to put off antivirus ect but that change nothing, can you help me?

Maybe install virtual PC and try it on the Virtual PC.

delete ibot.properties in "C:\Users\Admin\.IBot"

and test it again!
