Hear is a fix that someone posted if this does not work you need to edit your Java path.

1- get the path you have installed your java (mine : C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin ) and copy it
2- right click on my computer and choose properties -----> advanced system settings -----> environment variables
3- in system variables (the lower box ) choose path then click edit
4- past your java path followed by semicolon ( ; ) and dont`t delete any other paths
try it and i will check the topic later to see if made it right or not

Kill the java process in Task Manager
That helped me, there are two of them. Highlight a process and press j and kill the two java process.
It should work out.
