What is the oldest conquer source avaible, with less bugs?

also i got another question
i'm not really a good coder, but i want to learn it
so on the internet i can find packets like 1005 and stuff
but in sources it says something like: 0x13 or something, you know what i mean?
How do you convert them or anything, so you can use them in the source, it would be nice if someone can explain me something about it :)

UCCO Source, oldest one afaik.

1005 = decimal
0x13 = Hex

Just use your calculator or google to convert them :)
