2. Open Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Connect, In Object Explorer on the left go to the folder Security, then Logins, now right click on sa and hit Properties. Delete the password boxes and hit ok. I recommend closing Management Studio and opening it back up after this.

Having trouble importing Pyrok's database?
Upgrade from MSSQL 2008 to MSSQL 2008 R2 -- [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. It should work just fine then.

For everyone stuck at the character creation error, you must use the gameserver exe I posted in this thread. No amount of database tweaking will will get you past this issue.

nathanmuntz - I know what's wrong and how to fix it for the most part. I fixed the basic jobs (rogue, stepper, guide) but I haven't had time to fix the rest. I don't see me having time this weekend either so feel free to jump in and fix them.

Anyone able to toss around some ideas about why herlock is unable to connect to database?

I AM using the correct username/password combination in Authserver.opt and the "sa" password is set to blank in MSSQL.

BTW this weekend ill try fixing the level resource exp table so that there will be no more -%. Have plenty of time now that its the weekend. :D

This is a launcher I made. I know some one else released one a while back, this one allows you to change the IP address and browser address. Has a tid bit more options. It also pings the specified IP address to check if the login and game server is running.

It's the source, a compiled version can be found in the bin folder.

I finally got logged in, the mobs on ti however are extremely powerful, a lvl 2 one shotted my new toon. lol:)

Having a look and playing around with the joblevelbonus it seems that each class is split per job eg. strength_0 is for jlv1-20 then strength_1 is for jlv21-40 then strength_2 is for 41-50 couldnt find why strength_3 is there.

i find it stange as it would make more sense to have each one 10 jlvs :P

slowly filling out the table now :P might take some time lol

so will that fix the stats bugg?

i was looking threw the DB maybe reason you can not put pets in formation is they seem to be missing stuff Names+ seems the xp lvls dont match.

the pet bug has already been fixed look back last 7 pages :)

im using pyroks DB.
the port i active for weeks.
