I load up venom lite and its just the black C:/ with the following:

Local Map Port:5816
Remote Login Port:9958
Remote Login IP:69.59.142.13
Proxy IP: 127.0.0.1
Log File: coproxy.log
Log to Console:true

And the server is the following:
Server5=Dragon
Ip5=69.59.142.13
Port5=9958
ServerName5=Dragon

I do not think I am missing anything, ummm but I could be wrong. Or maybe I am putting the IP's in the wrong place on the c:/ side? or is there other IP's i should try using, because the ones listed when put into the IP5 in the server.dat and Remote Login on the C:/ do not let me log into the server.
And im still on dialup.:p
P.S. Also when I looked through my add remove programs, cause i read about uninstalling it, it shows nothing with venom or coproxy or anything of the sorts, installed. Could that be my problem?

No, the uninstalling thing isn't a problem. But don't give up on V3n0m! It kicks rear.
The reason why the regular IP works in the server.dat, is because that's how you normally log in. To log in with V3n0m, you either need 127.0.2.1, or your own IP.
It really should work fine if you put your server's ip in the v3n0m.ini file, where it says "remoteloginip=".
And set the server you play on to "127.0.2.1".
Just enter all that stuff in correctly, and fire up V3n0mlite, and then log into your server, and it SHOULD work. If not, try the other IP's on the first page, down at the orange area.
Server.dat should look like:
Server5=Dragon
Ip5=127.0.2.1 (OR YOUR OWN IP)
Port5=9958
ServerName5=Dragon
