Seabot work only under Windows.
And if u want to use it on VPS u need to write to INSiDER to activate on VPS.

just download "vmware workstation 12". It is free and a lot easier than vps.

You just have to install the right windows version. In my case it is win 10.

Under win 7 it doesn�t work on my pc.
