Not quite sure why it won't work, I used to use QOproxy back then, and it worked fine so any help would be appreciated, thanks :D
Keep the proxy IP at "127.0.0.1"...
Put the remoteloginip to "216.93.174.65"...
Set your server.dat file to "127.0.2.1".

That should fix it..

If people are really having this much trouble with the servers I will make a batch file to automatically set all of them if you want, Queen.

Allows you to log in, but that still dont work.

need to change version.dat to 9999 if your autopatching after downloading thats most likely why your commands dont work and you can log in

ok so i got it all fixed up and stuff so what do i do. like afteri fix the ips do i open conquer then the venom file or what x.X

...I've never heard of that before. I think they are just not setting their server.dat and v3n0m.ini files correctly.

lol you mind making a batch file for me please.

I can log in fine if i keep my servers i.p the same, but cant type the codes........if i change my server.dat file then i get error message when trying to log in.

*Observation* - Proxy I.P is different from The server.dat file. Is this intentional or error?

*Edit* Tested it myself. Proxy IP is 127.0.2.1. Works perfectly. Thank you.

I tried it how you said

Proxy i.p = 127.0.2.1
remote login = server i.p
changed my server i.p to 127.0.2.1

Still doesnt work =/

quick question . .

y is it wen using proxy after u close CO client it takes about 5 seconds to register server side?

any way around this? makes going red dangerous!

ez way around it, dont go red with ur gears on or use teh "/break" command

Anyone else know how to get it working......these are the steps i followed.

1.download 5000build
2.unzip to co folder
3.change .info file remote login:216.93.174.65, proxy i.p:127.0.2.1
4.change server.dat.....aries server to i.p:127.0.2.1


Anything else missing?

Run V3n0M-Lite.exe before running CO, then Open CO with V3n0M-Lite.exe opened, And Login.

i get a "unknown error" when trying to log in...and i was usin it before patch 5000 so i am used to the configuration steps.

i dont think it is working with the old server groups e.g Galaxy...
