I am having an issue with the mod. After reading the readme a dozen times and trying everything I could think of and after an hour of attempting the process over and over, I decided I have to come here for help.

First, kudos to PLoX! I used this mod after AA's release and it was fantastic! As I have come back to the game, I wanted to use the mod once more.

So, my process is as followed. I apologize for the long format, but I wanted to get as much detail as possible to prevent as many unnecessary actions as I could.

1) Got the updated version of the mod.

2) Read the readme

3) Changed the path of config to "AA_Path=E:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph\Games\ArcheAge\Beta\game_pak" as my AA is located in the E:\ directory.

4) Did NOT move any mods around. Everything stayed as it is.

5) Set the "packer" application to "run as administrator".

6) Ran "Launcher" as administrator.

7) Typed "1" then Enter to install mods.

8) Ran Glyph.

9) Typed "5" then Enter, after seeing "Cvars successfully rolled", I clicked "Play Game". Note: the whole installation process for Cvars took like 0.5 seconds.

10) Waited until half way through loading text. Typed "6" then Enter.

11) Got to server screen. Joined server. Clicked character to play.

12) Waited until screen fully black (it takes me about 10 seconds to reach the loading screen with the levithan), typed "3" then Enter to start scripts.

13) Either "The Gods Have Disconnected You" while loading and tried again OR loaded to character, moved around for 2 seconds and "The Gods Have Disconnected You" error appeared and game canceled out.

Note: I have also tried typing "4" then Enter as soon as the game loaded (before Gods disconnected me) and still got the error "The Gods have disconnected you" message and dc'ed me.

14) Reattempted previous steps many times.

15) Ran "Launcher" and typed "2" then Enter to uninstall mods.

16) Tried launching game again. Selected server, then selected character, then loaded into game and after 4 seconds "The Gods disconnected you" error once again appeared.

17) Tried many combinations of "1/2/3/4/5/6" to see if I was not properly uninstalling mods. As of now, the last commands I entered into launcher was 2, 4, and 6. I also tried 2, 3, 5. The Gods still disconnect me.

As you can see, even after "uninstalling" the mods, the Gods disconnect me and even when launching the mods properly over probably a 100 times in two hours, the gods still disconnect me.

My question is, am I doing anything wrong and why are the gods still disconnecting me even when the mods are "uninstalled".

If your disconnecting at the loading screen then I would say the cvars are being caught prior and your not taking them out before the main server selection screen comes up, 10 seconds to get to loading screen from char select? Not to sound wrong, but is your cpu a laptop or something slower? I know some people have problems with SSD cause the loadtime is substaintly faster then a normal cpu an how the process rolls, but I've worked most of those out that needed help.

There is alot of thing's I keep for myself as do some others that I speak with here, not to boast, but because we do not want it abused or misused or leaked all over the place and then taken away cause of attention from trion.

A good example, me and a few other's shared the last apex exploit that involved the mirage portal just for small amounts of profit ( we used it maybe once or twice a day, not massively ) an we had used it for almost 2 months without incident, then with just a few days after it being shared it was everywhere, patched, gone.

I'm having trouble with the mod. After reformatting my computer and reinstalling the mod, I'm having trouble getting the mod to install and work correctly. Before the recent update I had it working but since they took out the festival stuff its not wanting to load. Not only is it not wanting to load but as Im installing the mod its saying there are files that are bigger than the other and Im forced to skip them. I am also not tech smart. I mean I know my way around computers and such but the readme file is very confusing to me. It seemed like the readme you had before was more beginner friendly than this one. It had explanations on each addon and where it needed to go to interact with the mod in the game. I would really like to get this up and running again.

Edit: Do note this will not work on the current 1.7b patch on PTS, I'am working to resolve this but uninstalling will break your client and it will cause disconnect's.

I should have something up and working, depends on what they did with the client, I need time to dump the PTS and sort through everything, we will see if I can get something going by Tuesday, no promises cause people are out for the weekend and it's just me.

Not sure if some things in the mod will need a change or not, downloading/dumping now, will let you know but you will need a fresh update from the mod when 1.7b goes live when I put it up.

the black screen before loading screen is like 0.5 sec
all time diconnect in loading screen

Can set the priorty to lower in the task manager, but really you just need to run it when the screen gets pitch black, doesnt matter so long as it finishes before the world shows.

Changelog:

• Removed pack finder, testing a better solution now.
• Updated arena files, moved to optional for non-patron's ( readme for were to set it back )
• Added customized font's ( it was set to what I prefer, readme to explain your own customization ).
• Updated readme accordingly.
• Moved divine box collector to optional since event is over, will stay until next event.
• Thunderstruck Tree test file is put in, please let me know how that goes.
• Testing cvar changes so you won't have to roll them anymore, will update soon about this.

No detection/problem's as of yet on 1.7b since EU has come up, sorry for the delay I had to update on gw2 & also had to wait for EU to come online for AA.

Please run the uninstall option if you previously had the mod installed prior to 1.7b

Also note, since NA is not getting the patch yet, please wait if you are an NA player to run this.

i read the readme
i do this
run launcher as admin
press 1
press 5 - start game - press 6 halfway trough loading screen
select character - press 3 at black screen - press 4 ingame

but ingame nothing changes :/ i also set the path to the right location by checking it via task manager and put it into config

by the way i only want the auction house mod, can i leave out the cvar and mod install?^

Run as an admin, make sure game_pak is at the end, if needed paste the config to me in mail and any os information available.

Then you need to check pathing (game_pak at the end ) & run as admin on all components and make sure nothing is moved from the file. If your running stupid shit like windows defender then turn it off as it blocks some things on 8.1

well, i needed to change my nickname, i'm a donator too.

SO, i had the same problem as you guys,
U need to change the file:
config.ini

in my case is :
AA_Path=E:\Program Files (x86)\Glyph\Games\ArcheAge\Live\game_pak

u always need to end with the game_pak .

and there u go... its working for me.

For the other people who is complaining about his computer is very fast... and dont have time to patch...i got a TIP for u , do like me , i've moved the game to my HDD and not the SSD .

hope it helps.

I normally put the MOD patcher in the same folder as the game
