One of the best (if not the best) servers I've seen this year. Finally someone who understands how this game is supposed to be played - no bot, no multiaccounting.
Most servers that open nowadays have features that immediately turn me off - rewards for kills and not for team (1 kill = 1 BA coin / 1 job coin, etc), rewards for unique hunting (in real silkroad, you will not see a player hunting a unique 30 levels lower or so), brain muscle skill balancing attempts, horrible donators vs non-donators balance etc.
I haven't played this server for a while, I see it doesn't have many players these days. Let me share my thoughts why this happened.
Content offered by this server is basic silkroad.
PVE: hunting (solo or pt)
PVP: theoretical job wars (which won't happen often with little number of online players)
therefore, I think people just "completed" this server like a single player game (reaching max level) and that's it.
Having more content would be great,
- instance dungeons
- BA and/or SA, ptpvp competition between groups, this way people would have what to do after reaching max level
- maybe fortress war also would be nice to have - it gives competition between guilds. (but I won't understand someone who thinks fortress war is more important than ba or sa. fw is not "everyday" ptpvp content, and abused in isro and private servers)
I wanted to post this a week ago or so, also asking if someone is up for real PT hunting. We would be using standard jsro pt hunting setup, but I don't know if there will be enough people who actually want to do it and I don't know if I have time for it... I play official jsro now, and I think I'm not motivated to play 2 servers at the same time.
Anyway, as I said, one of few *real* sro servers that opened recently. And reason why people were leaving, I guess, is lack of end-game content.
I would like to encourage administration of this server, lol, yeah, sounds funny, but really, I value your understanding and ideas for sro server, I mean, no bot and no multiaccounting.
