windows 8.1 x64, s4 crashes after like a minute or two

Nociif said Multi effects doesn't work and i guess it doesn't work for Win 8.1 ... a friend tried it too and i saw everything and did it 1 time for him nothing appeared so please be patient if Nociif can make Multi effects work he gonna do it and propably its gonna Work for Win 8.1 too :)
