1-Put the files in your S4League folder
2-Start "Injector IDChanger.exe" as administrator
3-Start S4League
4-Skip the adv that will open and copy the code in the console (to unlock the ITM)
5-Now click on "Open link", skip the adv and copy the code in the box (to unlock IDC)
6-Choose your items and effects to changes / Choose your hacks
7-Equip before entering the room (and only 1 character)
8-Play :)
