my experience:

before begin i would clarify:

1 - I can prove evretyng i wrote here, all the corrispondence was via email.
2 - this is not against to Banek ( or at least mostly )
3 - I still having valid account and the situation that I will descrive still the same at the time of this post.

But Lets begin from the begin. I bought Ring one on 14 Oct 2020 13:02. The activatation was within 24H ours so not so bad, had some easy problem for the installation and Banek provide a pretty good level of support ( but only via email, so do not expect quick hansware ). The product is really good, have lot of options and that permit you rage kill or play totally legit. So far one of the best options cheat never tried. But unfortunately the review is not finished here. On 16 October got the first Ban. Banek suggest to do not use silent options tried again without and get banned again 3 days. After 18 Oct get banned in 10 minutes, I didnt get any support so i start some test by myself and I found that with another spoofer do not get banned in 10 minutes so clearly the spoofer had issue. With my personal spoofer keep get banned in 1-2 days, Banekis not able to provide any working solution and suppose is some kind of problem on my side. In order to exclude any problem i played 2 time for 3 and 4 days with no cheats and no ban, once loaded ring 1 got banned in 24 Hours ( the second time even with only esp ). I also told him that i play in discord with 2 other friend with ring one and both have same ban problem. Still here with a product that work only for 24H.

140$ ring 1, 8 accounts for a total 64$, external spoofer 30$ month

I dont want suggest or not suggest. This is just my experience.

Im sorry about your bans, this is really weird situation and we have only few users who keep getting banned like you. We will investigate this for sure.

But most users are still fine and no bans so this is pretty weird situation.
