So i already got some balancing suggestion for warriors and wizards

Wizards just make their life thingy that gives them buffs, by that i mean reduce dmg or/and the amount of hp it takes

Warriors: We all know how annoying their buffs are, id recommend making it less effective and by that i mean blocks less damage, or warrior receives more damage

Then S/S, bow, blade, i think those builds are the weakest in 10D with EUs in it, id recommend buffing them some way which i dont know how, maybe be add some special buffs that only heuksal bicheon gets etc etc

change limit mastery for chinese. 330 to 400
or reduced limit mastery EU 200 to 100 and reduced HP/MP cooldown 15 sec to 7 sec

Unfortunately, our data center did not provide the server in the time we expected to have it. Therefore, we cannot put the server online today. They said it will be ready at 11/10. Which means the next Wednesday. The beta starts Wednesday 20:00 UTC +1.

I have a good idea to balance the EU chars

1 - REDUCE MASTERY AND COOLDOWN HP AND MP

The problem of the European race is its subclass, euros will always be better than Chinese in group fighting because it always has 5 ~ 6 players on pt with cleric subclass, giving endless res, bless and healing. My solution is to reduce mastery to half and reduce cooldown hp and mp 15 sec to 7 sec.
If the European race continues strong, simply increase the cooldown until balance.

2- REDUCE DAMAGE

One of the biggest problems of the European race is its absurd damage compared to the Chinese, it is necessary to reduce the damage by 10%

3-REMOVE SET RESTRICTION

Another problem of EU chars is the set constraint

Wizzard may use heavy armor set and light armor set
Warrior may use robe set
Rogue may use heavy armor set and robe set
Warlock may use heavy armor set and light armor set
.....

4 -BUFF HEAVY SETS

-Buff heavy armor set (EU) and Armor set (CH). 0% speed move to 10%, 0% mp consumption to -10%.

-Buff light armor set (EU) and protector set (CH) 10% movement speed to 15%, -10% mp consumption to -15%

-Robe set and Garmented set does not need buff (20%)


5 - DEBUFF FORCE SKILLS PROBABILITY

Force (CH) and Warlock (EU) 80% probability to 55% or 60%

This was the way I found it so Chinese chars are not a build for pvp only, so Chinese people will be able to participate more in the silkroad.

What is the problem of playing with mastery 100? Playing with a warrior / rogue would still be more difficult to play with a char chinese, which only needs to click 1,2,3,4,5,6

It's not the 100 mastey that destroys the EU chars
It's the 200 mastery (EU) that destroys CH chars

because of its childishness of not accepting changes the server will be composed of 90% EU chars

Even very well balanced server will have atleast 60% eu chars due to partying, lvling, uniques etc etc.

Why dont go chinese race with 200 mastery? Same no-sense.


Anyway... my idea of balacing <especially EU chars>

Warrior:
-Increase CDs of Skins and Screen
-Decrease power of PQ by 10%
-Decrease dmg of 2h sword dmg by 10% (dont even try to nerf it more)

Rogue:
I think it's well balanced class atm, To deal dmg they really have to be glassy (including FW and other specialites, where wizies are buffed)

Warlock:
It's really hard to balance the lock actually, since even the small change may impact the balance. I may suggest:
-increase % of Dots as it's on SRO-R
-Reduce chance of Debuffs by 10% , no more, may add 1 or 2 sec CDs on each debuff.

Wizard:
- Reduce AoE Hit Units 5->4
- Nerf a little bit Life Turnover, dunno, 5-8% while reducing 45% of HP

Cler:
- Increase Bless Spell CD by 1 minute
- Decrease power of holy spell to 50%
- Increase CD of Black ress to 20sec, imo it will be enough
- May increase nukes dmg <no offering> to 210-215%
- Increase Heal power of each healing spell but increasing also CD of it
- Decrease power of Healing Orbit. It shouldn't be the champ of 1 healing skill and rebuffing.

Bard:
- Allow it to use 2 tambours at once with dance < like it is SRO-R >
- Reduce power of tambour by 8%

I think it will be enough on EU Side
