Hi,
Whilst I'm not active enough in OT to discuss your activity there, there are a few other things I can point out. First, would be your guardian status. Applying for moderator one day after you've been accepted as a guardian isn't really a good move, it'll give the administration team the impression that you're only trying to get every badge possible, and that you have no actual motivation or drive to become a moderator.
Regarding your thanks count to post count ratio, what
I personally do is if a user has very high posts (4k+) but something like 400-500 thanks, it shows the user doesn't really post interesting or helpful posts. Obviously, it doesn't always work like that, because people thank posts which are funny too.

Heutzutage muss man hier mit anderen Mods befreundet sein, damit man als Mod genommen wird, habe ich schon öfters beobachtet.
Sei einfach aktiv in der Chatbox, schreibe mit den Mods und du bist im Team.

I don't know where you heard that from, but it's obviously not true. You can more than likely be friends with the whole moderation team, but chances are it won't increase your chances of becoming a moderator, obviously it'll be helpful, but at the end of the day the only person who can increase your chances is
you.
EDIT: A tip for you would be to close this application, re-work your priorities, become active in reporting in that section, get involved more often with the OT community, work on becoming a guardian again (if you're allowed to) then take it from there. Not everything on this forum is instant, things take time, and it's something you'll have to get used to if you ever wish to become a moderator in the future I suppose :).
