Hello everyone,
First of all: happy new year! As you might have noticed this thread hasn't had much activity or updates in the past month so I'll clear everything up for you guys:
I am actively, almost daily and carefully coding and building this bot even though I don't post news here. I do not think that posting news every day has any relevance to the course of the project.
The reason I'm posting here today is to announce the feature no bot has ever had before: a fully functional, extremely intelligent
Cloud system.
What this means: your bot will connect to an additional server which will manage your activities, and maintain a co-operational behaviour with other players. You will form a team, which will have a leader.
Features:
- choose if the team will protect the leader;
- you can enable or disable protection for other members (leader will have priority);
- you can modify the level of involvement of your team's subordinates;
- receive environment information from team members (box locations, enemies and data about them, aliens, etc.);
- choose from 3 main behaviours:
- Relaxed (members will only protect the leader or other members in case they are attacked)
- Scout (move around the leader [you can set the maximum radius] and send information about what is happening, while the user is still botting and collecting boxes)
- Guard (members will ALWAYS be around the leader, actively protecting him)
- Choose if you want to attack passive-aggressive enemies (they are standing for more than 3 seconds fully-repaired around a damaged member)
- Choose your ammunition
- Chat with other members via a separate application
- Prioritize targets (if you are attacking a Cubikon for example and you are close to killing it, you will not jump to help a member and lose the Cubikon unless your friend's HP are is low)
Traffic between the bot client and the Cloud system (lobby and cloud) will be encrypted.
