Ummm no offense but if you are using a 4351 client then this isn't really the correct thread to be posting in...
This is the thread for 5095 CoEmu (which can be upgraded or downgraded to different server versions but as far as I'm concerned, and I could be wrong, those belong in their own threads)
The only problems you should have with 64 bit vs 32 bit is the .dll file that needs to be changed to work with 64 bit operating systems... or it could be a windows 7 centric bug but that seems unlikely.
Are you sure the source is setup and working properly? it seems far more likely that it's just not configured properly.

Anyone have a possible solution to this? I've been working my but off to figure it out?

search line 34, all the login fixes have guides posted already.
Sounds to me like you haven't edited all the sections properly.
Check Connections>MasterSocket.cs
Ensure serverIp = 127.0.0.1 (or ip you are hosting with) and Website ip is something NOT 127.0.0.1 (use like 123.123.12.1 or something)
Do this for game server and login server. Also ensure all other ip's are changed and matching, ensure that server name and ip on your client are correct (127.0.0.1 ALWAYS when connecting to your own server, even if it is online)
