I told them I didn't use any illegal programs in my opinion.
I said this:
I just had Diablo 3 and League of Legends opened in the background, as like as Skype, Teamspeak and MSN - I didnt know that any of those programs causes problems to your server by sending any packages.
Then they answered me again and told me some information and I should be more careful.
I had to agree with that by C/S again and my account was unbanned 1 day later.
Took about 3-4 days..
