Not that it's a big deal but you really don't have to go around commenting on every single file that releases something and say it's a nice release...

Especially with this being the original CoEmu 5095 base source, all the other ones you are commenting are based on this (unless they are lotf in which case they are NEVER a nice release xD) and in most cases are worse for the modification.

posting for the sake of posting is rather pointless. Post count doesn't really do anything for you and "spamming" threads simply annoys people in the long run.

It doesn't really bother me, just sayin'.

There are TONS of coding examples posted on the forum and if you are looking to learn some basic scripting/how things work in the source there are a number of guides and I just posted a few myself.

What is it you are looking to code?

Just about everything for this source has been released at some point or another, it's just up to the user to sift out what is worth adding and add it themselves (although admittedly alot of times it's better to code your own. There are alot of really poor releases on here)

I just had a look through this source, i dont understand the reason for it being stickied (except that its a moderators release, but i dont see why thats fair), i mean its badly written, half of the packet structures are wrong or incomplete, the packetprocessor.cs is messy and looks pretty inefficient, the amount of variables defined in character.cs reminds me of lotf. Oh and i just noticed you still create a brand new thread for every client that connects to handle packets, so your player caps going to be around 100 i would imagine.

And while im sure it works, i would imagine it just works, like only just.

Andy, its a horrible source and far far far from an awesome release.

Request unsticky.

I think one major reason is because it uses the blowfish algo.It realy is the only public source that has that.

Just like real said that is about the only reason. If ya think about it what else are all the leechin noobs that don't wanna learn to code going to use ?

LOTF ? lol

andys source is the only 5095+ updated public source with the new encryptions and items in it ( e.g talis and ninjas )

So ya got either 500 people with no brains all running identicle tq binarys or ya have 500 idiots with no brains running lotf. There only other leechin alternative is this in which case still not many people are using it because most of em are too lazy and too stupid to know how to even use this or add to it either without copy+pasting from all the other peoples coemu releases, Why do you think 98% of all servers out there right now are tq binary and the other 2% are lotf? Because they all want something allready done for them without doin any work what so ever themselves or having to use there brains.

At least andy gave them something to try and get people modivated to learn unfortunately nobody cared to learn and everyone just jumped to something easier that required no real effort on there part which the craze right now is everyone all running identicle binary servers all claiming theres is the best when there all the same with maybe a few suttle edits lol

The encryption should have been in a .dll and simply released that way, if it should have been released at all.

The only thing you'll learn from this source is how to code sloppy codes.
