9.5.2 KiteKat repack

Issues observed:

1. Taming Creatures still has a generic server generated SVR Name despite copying over RDB Files.
   
2. I hesitate to call this a bug could be an improvement but No matter what I do I can't get the games music to play.

It's because you don't have proper Arcadia.dbo.StringResource, gameserver send SVRMONSTERID instead of monster name.

Yeah, that makes total sense. This Pack has the StringResource View as well as other stringresource files: IE StringResource_EN.

Initially when I pulled those into the Resource File they didn't make a difference. I ended up using the tools to look at data.000 to see what the names of the db_string files were in there and I found it was named db_string(windows-1250).rdb. After I renamed my db_string.rdb to that name it fixed a bunch of other issues I was having but it hasn't fixed this taming issue.

I'm totally open to the possibility that I'm doing something wrong. But considering it's fixed all the other issues with names and strings I'm at a loss for what that thing might be.
