I think you should do this and tell to me if there its only modifyed files...why you are back here when you said you go out from here..to know i understand francais,english,ucrainian and little bit chinese so I know what you wroted there....so with windows 2016 platform I still work and in future will work on that to if you didnt understand last time when I said about windows server 2016 has different structures on build and I need to work a little bit with those files...seems you didnt changed a bit ..and seems you gona search for attention everytime!

.. to help with his "problem" , a stable fix in this moment(watch out what oracle you use , post a screen if you got same problem, and post in english not in francais your words):
1.Use windows server 2016 R2 to get the serverfiles to work/pay attention at what kind of windows server 2016 you got,some of them doesnt provide fixes
2.Before use them click properties on each *exe console and use windows xp sp3 compatibility or windows server , windows 7 compatibility option.
3.You can run your server without any problem,if you got same problem run them as administrator - use latest serverfiles repack V39
4.Be sure you didnt got any antivirus software where detects the relay or login server as false virus(cause crash at executables)
5.Be sure the firewell doesnt block using the executables

Updates may come soon,i dont have so much time yet to update the git,but the next update will come with new things for episode 3 CM not WZ!
