Preparations for adding new maps (with npcs and monsters).
Changes:
Gameplay:
- Shop functions are working and are available for players but for now you can't buy anything there.
- From now on you can fight with game developers ! Find mighty admirals: BlueMagic, Thor and War-Sloop and try to sunk them.
- New npc can be found: Hugin, Snowman, Sleipnir, Winter Grudge.

Graphics and sounds:
- New sound for Witer Grudge spawn effect.
- New sound for Dev's admirals spawn effect.
- Explosion effect after destroying npc.
- Elite points are shown under mojo icon.
Fixes:
- Black gunpowder and Agwe's plates can't be negative.
- Black gunpowder now subtracts 10% more cannonballs.
- Tortuga light can't be used when quantity is 0 or lower.
- Npcs now have elliptic range.
- Npc now are finishing their path before taking new one.
- Npc now takes new path when interrupted while swimming.
- Now enemy cannonball can have various sprites instead of normal cannonball.
- Now you can receive elite points as reward from treasure chests.
- Islands fixed. Now npcs and shineys can't spawn in islands.
Known bugs:
- Npcs sprites aren't "well centered".
- Saving and Loading game disabled due critical bug.

I just found out that icons that shows number of event npcs are badly assigned.
We'll fix this in next release.

tested it. runs very well BUT i wanted to get sunk, just to see what happens. there is a HUGE memory leak.
also some minor things to add.
-have a normal click icon and transforming into skeleton one when i move it over targets
-ship changes moves instantly and doesnt seem like sf.
-when choosing another target, attack is aborted.
-when activating or deactivating items, attack is aborted.
-attack icon is "light" even if target is out of range.
remember this is constructive criticism and it is supposed to make you know about glitches/bugs
