With a ressource file editor but shareware

You don't open them with resource editors... And just to let you know; It doesn't change the damage you do. It's just the visuals for when you hit somebody.

So how to open it ?

fire have you noticed if you go to PVP maps 4-X they will bug? like you jump on a portal it does not move you to the position of other portal, and if you go 4-4 the draw background error will appear.
