The way i see it, Elysium and PA just failed naturaly, with several reasons behind it, like the other publishers did. I did not include them in the same group as RedFox because they drove the game headfirst into the ground from day one because they are just milking money not giving two shits about the players.

It's an extreme inevitability that the game both private and retail are going to hit a barrier at some point during the games progression. With the private server, you are capped to a degree in what you can do (mainly due to the lack of source code and lack of development available) and retail because like everyone has already pointed out; the game is used for profit.

I don't personally call any server that launched a failure as anyone who has developed using the files available will know just how difficult and frustrating development actually is.

We'll go for what we planned guys, a more fun-orientated server with bigger rates.

We'll update our HS so that it can't be bypassed by a bug with 2 PCs. We'll be the only server with cleanest content (aka no KGs, no quest bugs, no cable removal, etc)/bug/glitch-free.

We'll just develop on the PA base due to the numerous bugs we've found with the RF quest base.

New mobs, items, a lot of skills to be developed on free time.

We'll also have new maps.

We have fixed some minor forum issues, also registration has slightly changed, you can't use certain usernames and from now on you will have to verify your email adress.

You know that by setting up a private server with stolen files that clearly belong to Joongwon Games you violate the law and your case could even be taken to court, right? You can be sentenced from 2 to 5 years with minimum 2 suspended for theft/peculation. It falls into the category of crime, yes. And illegally selling items/features within the stolen files makes it even worse - if they find it out of course. I sent Joongwon Games an e-mail about your upcoming private server but to my surprise they were already aware of the issue and they're ready to take actions if your server - no matter under what name - ever gets online and fully available for public access.
