At the topic you see which animation mode is needed for which class, enhanced animation does increase your animation like an attackspeedscroll.
Custom animation does set your animation speed to the selected value.
However as temp you should use enhanced animation, go to a trainee dummy use an attackspeed scroll and put -250 as value at enhanced animation, now do some skills if you feel a delay go to a lower value like -200 if you won't feel any delay you can go higher like -300, repeat this steps until you found the highest possible value without delays.

Yes it works for NA and no you can't do all instances solo just a few bosses which has melee range

Sure at some points you benefit from it as kinah like if you do bosses solo but the tool isn't created to earn more kinah.

Besides that I never did any PvE in 4.0+, you can't do any dungeon solo with a GS like I said in the video you need a ranged class.

gunslinger is a range class, so which dungeon that can be solo with that tools?

thought you mean a greatsword, however I told you all the facts you can do nearly all the melee ranged bosses just watch my how to solo bosses video.
I can't tell you any instance you can do, you have to try it by yourself.
And also you shouldn't buy the hack just for "kinah" it's mostly done for a higher dps, free gliding, and PvP

other players will still see your animations like usual they just look a bit faster but no human can detect the difference.
