Okay, just seen the changelog and noticed about the skills balance and crap, why would you make a cooldown on bowers kb? Well, sure, its annoying as hell, but its still one of the mastery skills. Its like you`ll make a cooldown on bladers knocking down series lol.
Imo keep the force nerfed, return the rest skills and % to their default original state.

My main char will be str and I don't want vigors. People just set their bot to use them at ~75% to be annoying.

ints will be very strong here since there is an extra 30 masteries.
If you're int and can't kill a str in 1v1 in the first 2 minutes you're not going to kill them anyways.

Yea they take out debuffs they take out debuffs from bicheon skill , now i saw here one guy saying he is full str bower and he wants cooldown for cure , gfto ...do you know , the debuffs are ok at 55% but if u change the kb , and from bicheon tht debuff , you have to say they really want to make this server spear..
And those who are speaking about spear dont have a change,,WTF MAN spear has the best damage in chn server ...the str dosent have a change against a spear , i dont want to mention that bicheon is the only build without any change to anything ...

there is slight but important difference between kd and kb,

why would u use 2x kb back to back as a bower? because of pus.sy mode nothing else. Its not only annoying its just stupid. everyone can spam kb back to back till ints snow end and then 2 shot them snowelsss... ggwp

biechons kd is their main dmg skill so why would u make shared cd´s? that simply makes no sense.

guys for spear int it's better cold/light or fire/cold?
