Yeah old accounts are gone. A hunter made to lv60 in half a day despite all the technical issues so congratz to that guy. The rates are 300% gold, exp, drop. This one will go on for long as it can sustain its cost.

Thanks for the suggestions.

1. I think it'd be preferable to have high value rewards since the event will be available for the whole server. It'll be pretty hard to win.
2. Depends on the reward I guess. Some items don't have untradable versions.
3. Sure I'll think of something.

It's very unlikely that it'll be possible to buy cc, at least until September. Meaning no cc items besides the ones you get from level up gifts, events, 'free' category in chantra shop. Forum and website will be available once the server gets rolling.

Currently it's allowed but if it appears to be a problem it can be changed.
