I'm at work currently.. I did test it yesterday and didn't get any error.
Maybe Riot launched a hotfix because of the new spell exploit and as I also use spellslots they might have changed something there.. can't tell yet..
If I find some time i'll have a look at it via Teamviewer :D

EDIT: still working for me (EUW). What server do you guys (with bugsplat) play on?

Nope. Not going to fix that. This tool injects into another process (LoL). Doing that is rated as malicious behavior and therefore causes false positives.
I could crypt the software so there would be no positves for maybe 2 weeks, but that might cause stability issues and really is not necessary.

I do not crash while using exactly the same settings. Are you 100% sure that you are using version 1.2.1, not 1.2?
Please redownload the Version 1.2.1 and make sure that your browser and antivir do not delete/change or block any of the content.

Yep i use 1.2 my bad but now on 1.2.1 version dont smite with both green butons :-?

It is not required to choose the smiteslot anymore. It sould automaticly be detected. Please try to use smite on your left summoner slot and tell me wether its working.
