Or it works but S4 client never shows up only the process runs.

Absolutely works fine on Win7 x64! I also had the missing .dll Message, but then I installed the both Redist-files like in the video was shown and baahm. Worked.
Except for S4 league itself... THAT didn´t work because of the Relay Fu**.

I don't understand how some people get it to work. I'm jealous. :/

It may be that youre using outdated windows for c++ 2013 you need windows 7 or 8 and also i think this only works for 64bit version of windows. And if it doesint show up just spam the launch button a few times. Takes for me like 1-5 minutes for the client to show up afterwards.

And make sure to install both versions 32bit and 64bit.

I waited for an hour and spammed the button. 15 S4 processes were open. None ever showed up.

Alright, I got the solution, download the multiclient from the Youtube link, than it will work.
