here is my new tool. :3 With this tool you can open multiple windows of s4.

It may be that youre using outdated windows for c++ 2013 you need windows 7 or 8 and also i think this only works for 64bit version of windows. And if it doesint show up just spam the launch button a few times. Takes for me like 1-5 minutes for the client to show up afterwards.
