well im sure i do everythink alrite its not the first proxy i try to connect, al previous did work for me and the setup was the same...

ayie can u also manage to run cotobo i mean work i notice even i run cotobo for long time and i try to run old and cotobo at same time cotobo runs but not working but f i use normal client it works u think u can solve this problem?

Sorry vegeta i cant help u. I didnt use cotobo before.I just use old client to run sv and use normal client to play :) .Maybe someone will help u about this.

proxy-adress - is this the adress shown on sites such as find my ip (for me its 195.*.*.*)
or the one stated in window net connections( for me its 192.*.*.*)
or something even different??
server-adress - befor 5015 for basilisk server it was 216.93.176.65,after 5015 it is 216.93.179.65 , which one should be used for 4354 ? befor i connected with new one: 216.93.179.65 but what about this proxy?

127.0.0.1- that one gives me error,
195... - error
192... -gives me connecting screen and nothing more

Obviously you'd use the newer ip since connecting to the older ip results in no connection. You'd use your 192.* ip in the server.dat but you need a cracked server.dat exe.

cracked server.dat exe? u mean cracked conuer.exe with server.dat bypass?
yei have it, i put 192...,and new server ip but stillend up at "connecting pls w8"

and i think its supposed to work becose i dont get any error , BUT just end up at connecting screen and nothing happens

Look guys, I dont want to demotivate you, but I just don't think there will be a solution for this. Unless we patch, we can play again, and we have to hope there will be a mc for 5016 (which already exists), and for a DIY maybe to crack SV to get it to work at 5016

But besides that, I dont think there will be a chance we can play again like we could before...

bone-you there doesnt seem to be a way for me to run more than 1 old client at a time using ur proxy and i was wondering if anything could be done about it?

Yes. You'd have to run a separate proxy for each client. All you would do is add a new server to the server.dat using a different port and copy the xproxy folder and set that port accordingly. A bit of a haul to do it, but it is possible.

old client doesnt work with patch 5018 bone-you the proxy might need updating could you help me please mrs uber mod xD?

Currently no proxy is working with 5018. TQ did the first smart thing of their coding careers. We are working on it though =)
