How to play conquer with old patch 4356? Becouse now i cant log. I got message that my cliend is old

You might not be able to. There were changes made to the system that requires a client. Your best bet is to wait for someone to figure out what was added packetwise and whether it will function on an older client.

I am dedicating this topic to the discussion on 5016. Any other topics will be closed. It will be posted here when a new setup is available to play or if it's not possible.

I c, but you were talking about bypassing with a proxy that is...
But can't you like still log in if you modify some things in the conquer files?

I dont know how I did it in the old days... But I managed to get it back working, hope someone can do the same for us now

There is a "version" stored in the client that is sent to the server when you connect. If you replace that with the latest it will let you get in. For now though, the only way is to use a proxy to replace it in the packet. I've been looking for a way to replace it in the client for a while but I only have so much time to look into it :P

I was trying to mix files from the updated CO and the old 1 didn work i was getting few diff errors:1. bad pass 2. version is too old 3.an error without fill (lol).

Hey mods , can i have some help on my thread? lately conquer had a new patch ( obviously ) but i dont wanna patch ... i just wanna use my old client ... theres has a way to bypass this? tons of ppl are looking for it too just look "view before each closed tread about this theme" i only see closed toppics about this and no help , please Mods , before close my thread give me some help. can be please? Which patch would you like to use? Can you upload it?

It's not a thing that can be popped up overnight. There are packet changes and such which may cause the 4xxx clients to not work AT ALL on the new update. It's being looked into.

well if we dont find a way almost all hacks r screved...:(

RootCore me try to use the 4354 patch somehow nt working but looking for away around it

Well, the packets seemed to have changed. It appears now everyone is a little SOL on the old clients. You're going to have to find a way to make hacks work with the new ones. We'll still try though :P

I don't think there will be a workaround for this one :P

I think it might be possible :P I'll take a stab at it when I get home in a few hours.

I guess you could make the client receive the spawn packet like the old packet
