Currently you can't be seen as a violator of applicable laws, why is that ?
Because you did entire project from scratch and not taking BP's sourcecode.
This way if they harass you, you can't be taken as responsible, because the only thing they will moans is about the name of the game, nothing else.
You can still hide but they can't do a thing.
