you cant set his ID, all Medicine on Inventory are different ID

if you got 0 medicine and buy new, the ID changing again.

EDIT: if i get the OnMapClick function again, i make PortToClick hack into the Extras, i guess it will work how i think E;

- dbghelp.dll again, since many people are to dumb to use my Injector.

it would destroy the game to much, i still dont care about the game, but i only release Extra's which helps u to level E;

Feel free about more ideas

how about spawn bot, is that possible to work in Int?
