We don't worry about donations to keep server alive, RMT was also allowed on previous server and it is not a that bad thing as you act to blame server at all.
Server is keep running stable for almost 1 year and will always be even with only 1 person who wants to play there.
It is player's choice to jump on every new server with endgame content from beginning which shut down in few months since they don't have anything else to update server in the future.

You will be able to increase your character stats from Dungeon Mastery Quests step by step every dungeon ingame.
However you can do higher tier dungeon mastery quest, you cannot exchange your license for stats points before complete previous tiers. So enjoy mastering every dungeon in Cabal few runs :)
