Previewing Effects

Hey guys..anyone can make like a draggy effect but red? or blue or something like that? it would be cool :D

username1 i dun get how you did those but let say if i wanna modify my SPG effect(Phix) display as SDG effect(Dragon) how can edit the "dragonhate" become "phoenix" in those CO2>c3>effect .dds files? =O
