you guys are not contradicting yourselves lol.

Both of you are correct.

what bloody rage meant is client sided hacks. only you can see it. and don't worry the server won't be able to take a look at your system while your on game time. only in patch time and the likes. thats why there are GM's checkin' the game, to see if there are hacks that bypassed the patcher(and do crazy stuff).and that is possible but it won't work, always remember that your database is in the server. if its in your computer then its no longer called an online game. remember when you top-up you have to use your account to tell the server that this is you. that simply won't work on .kom files. BUT it is very possible with a program. examples are trojans, a hack that behaves like a trojan should do the trick. the hackers club already manage to find a way to get into the server but it is not yet confirmed. i don't know if Brian~ or the others did it successfully, i was absent T.T, anyways the point is. you guys are right.

Overall Conclusion
Cash Hack only works when Client and Server are interacted

.Kom files are database of your client not the database of the game server.

well, if you get into the server and try to get stuff out of there, it would be detected and they would shut the server down to prevent further disruption to the server.
