If they host their servers in one of those countries, they can evade getting sued.

Many people use same logins and passwords on private and official servers. This priv is a bullshit. They just wanna know your login and password. After that you register on retail then they take your account!

I´ve made alot of WoW Server before but not like this xD.
If taken the loginserver from aion and took the worldserver from wow.
I started the aion logonserver and the wow worldserver everything succeeded.
I had aion chracters in wow world^^. buts boring cant attack =/.
