I only gave the VMs 312 MB. Its really laggy and next to impossible to play, but the VMs shouldn't be used for gaming anyway.

There is nothing you could patch. Cheat engine is already in the blacklist of Xtrap but when you have a way to go around Xtrap you can use cheat engine just as you wish and alaplaya can't do anything about it (Except banning you of course)

For the people who have problems with Bleach suspender, sorry, I don't know how to fix this problem, neither do I know of a good bypass since the most bypases are either not working on Win 8 or are a bunch of Viruses (3000 detections after last check with Avira, mcaffe and Spyhunter) so I recommend to NOT just Download anything that has the Name Bypass on it, read comments first and look for virus total, and when nothing is available, just don't download it when you value the life of your PC.

It's still working, you only need a new Bypass/suspender and as far a I know the Buff-values got canged over the seasonupdate. Both should be around here, I can remember to have seen a Thread with the new values...
