Things you will need:
Cheat engine (I use 6.2, but 6.1 should also work)
A working bypass (I WONT POST ONE, just search)
Things you also also could use:
to increase the speed you are farming in, you can also use VMs to open S4 multiple times. How to do that is described here: (Its German, but you don't need to understand, just look)

How to:
open the bypass, then S4. log in and select server.
open cheat engine. click on the blinking Icon in the upper left and search the list after S4patcher.exe and select it.
now type 1101301006 into the Value bar.
click on first scan.
click on the first address, scroll down to the last address, hold shift and click on the last address. Now every address shoul be marked.
click on the red arrow on the right of the address list. Now every address should be in the list below.
click on new scan.
repeat with the Numbers:
1102303003
1103302004
1104300004
1105300004
1106301006
1299600001
When every address of every Number is in the list, click one, press strg. a. to mark everyone.
left-click-->change record--->Value
there soul be a popup.
delete the former Value and type 1999801002 into the bar.
press ok.
go to S4 and select a chanel.
go to the shop.
You can see: every costume and every weapon (except hair) that yo can buy with PEN has now the Buff PEN+100%! (total of +900%Pen!)
now play chaser for 30 Minutes and be surprised how much PEN you get.
Tip: If you don't want to be called hacker, don't change the Buffs of the weapons since people will notice that +100%PEN on a Weapon isn't normal:D
(That's why I recommend to use VMs, so you can make a chaser-room alone and nobody could report you):o
I WONT UPLOAD ANY BYPASSES OR CHEAT ENGINE! If you want it, search for it! Google helps a lot!
If someone did't understand me because my English sucks, feel free to ask for a alternative translation of some sentences. And if someone could give me a bypass that is working on Win 8 64 Bit I would be very gratefull:handsdown:
Edit: I used the Bleach suspender for the tutorial video, you can get it there:[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (it's 100% Working on Win 7/8 64 Bit, and it should also work on XP/Vista (for 32 Bit I don't know since threr are problems with selecting the S4 Clinet in cheat engine, but I'm sure if you search, you'll find a solution ^^)
