CID Launcher and Items Selector 1.0

CID Launcher and Items Selector 1.0 not working in my version 5162

when i botton Start CID (could not find proxy) and when i botton to launcher conquer show message (please run play.exe ) but i run play.exe !!

plz help me !!

does this still work for the most recent patch for co?? cos today its 1/17/2010! so i wasnt sure.. and i cant find the cidproxy program/download.
