faith defender: max stage 9 - 20% sb, block continues to increase by 2%
Archer
Chain action: max stage 9 (need more info)
Snare shot: max stage 9 -52 mov spd (need more info)
Heavy hand: max stage 9 (need more info)
Thunderbolt: max stage 9 (need more info)
Arctic strike: max stage 9 50 atk spd decrease
Snare Shot: max stage 9 - 52 movement slow, damage still increase.
Magig arrow: max stage 11 - stun stops at 80
Mage
Mass Snare: max stage 9 -> -52 slow, lenght/cooldown/mana cost/damage still increase.
Stunner: max stage 9 -> 50 skill block, lenght/cooldown/block still increase.
Confusion: max stage 9 -> -52 attack accuracy/moevement speed, lenght/cooldown/mana cost still increase.
Reflection: max stage 9 (critical resistance) -> resistance still increase.
Death Mark: max stage 9 (need more info)
Sorcerer
Mass Snare: max stage 9 -> -52 slow, lenght/cooldown/mana cost/damage still increase.
Mana Pull: max stage 9 -> 60 convert 25, lenght/cooldown/skill block still increase.
Assimilate: max stage 9 -> 60 convert 25, lenght/cooldown still increase.
Optimum: max stage ? -> i don't remember but it does max out somewhere.
Halt: max stage 8 -> 65 chance of success (need more info)
Hunter
Cure: max stage 9 - Success rate 80 (need more info)
Snare Shot: max stage 9 - 52 movement slow, damage still increase.
Missleader: max stage 9 - 50 SB max, but dodge/evade still increase.
Magic arrow: max stage 11 - stun stops at 80
Explosive Bodkin max stage Lv9 -> -45 elemental resistance/damage, duration and mana cost still increase
Imposed Fatigue max stage Lv9 -> -50 movement speed/skill cast, duration and mana cost still increase
Night Walk max stage Lv9 -> -15 movement speed/duration and mana cost still increase
Berserker
Vital Charge: max stage 9 -> 66 chance is max, but absorb keeps raising by 5.
Lethal attack: max stage 10 (need more info)
faith defender: max at 9 (need more info)
Swash:
Masquerade Master: max stage 10 -> 21 fortitude, lenght/cooldown still increase.
Sword stopper: max stage 9 - 20 SB/crit resistance
Acrobatic charge: max stage 8 - 45 movement slow, damage/lenght still increase.
Shout of Insight: max stage 1 15-26 damage, 55 armour, lenght/cooldown still increase.
Smart Weapon: max stage 10 24-27 damage, lenght/cooldown still increase.
Ele
Soul Barrier: max stage 7 -> 70 block, lenght/cooldown still increase.
Snow hazard: max stage 11 - stun stops at 95
