Banek, how should silent aim be configured? I tried only checking silent aim. But, still no luck - it works ~sum of the time.

Works with bow, dont use aimbot at the same time. Only psilent.

When I uncheck that and have just psilent on...it doesn't seem to work

Banek, you should add a mini radar for the ESP. It would be helpful to track where players are around you instead of constantly having to swivel around.
