The server is almost online. You guys can start updating your clients. It's at least 20MB in total. Probably more.
The server will be "online" when the changelog is done and posted on the website.

Weaponary skills Cooldown increased from 5 minutes to 50 minutes.
The skills are quite strong, thus they should be used rarely.
