The mysql server has not gone down at all so I cannot trouble shoot this because it never shows as down for me or others and only a very very few ( 3-4 ) so I can do nothing to make this any better or provide a fix if I cannot replicate or see it myself. I'am sorry :(

Yes, anet doesn't exactly have the best set of tools implemented to track/log players and for the most part, are stupid.

If they wanted to log/ track players they would do it server sided and you wouldn't be able to see crap.
